Learn About Me
I’m a writer and communicator who loves turning complex ideas into clear, engaging stories that help people understand and feel confident. My career has taken me through technical writing, client communication, and content strategy—giving me a unique ability to translate expert knowledge into content that’s accurate, accessible, and genuinely useful.
I currently work as a Technical Writer at SAP, where I collaborate with global teams of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to build content that supports cloud infrastructure products used around the world. Whether I’m interviewing developers, leading cross‑functional documentation initiatives, or presenting new content strategies to stakeholders, I’m at my best when I’m connecting people, ideas, and information.
Before moving into technical writing, I supported federal agencies as a configuration administrator and client support analyst, creating materials that helped organizations understand system changes and navigate complex travel and compliance tools. Earlier in my career, I wrote blog posts and donor communications for a conservation nonprofit—my first taste of how writing can inspire action and build community.
Across every role, writing has been the throughline. I’m passionate about crafting content that’s thoughtful, well‑structured, and grounded in real user needs. I love collaborating with experts, asking good questions, and shaping information into something meaningful.
I hold a B.A. in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from James Madison University, where I also participated in the Virginia Drones Project and presented environmental research to the public.
